Idea Cellular a mobile operator in India that shocked me by charging incoming calls which are free in India and I think world too I kept complaining but Idea cellular kept charging. When I spoke to customer care of mobile operator I was told I m in roaming although I was at my home I tried to convince them but they were not ready to accept finally their servicemen visited my home and went away but still they kept charging for my incoming calls.......... I ported my number to other operator named Vodafone and pathetic thing is their customer care is worst everytime they provide wrong information and deny that they gave this info.adding to it long call holds and dropped calls in Vodafone customer care I wanted to port my number from Vodafone to but as per rule of telecom authority I have to stay with new cellular operator for three months and thats a time waste for me .........waiting for 3 months to stay with another mischevious cellular operator What do you suggest dont you think 3 months time span is too long....? That's disgraceful and yes, much too long. What happens if you cancel early. These sound like dreadful schemes just to relieve you of your money.
