Suicidal man rescued.

I stumbled upon this video today and I just was wondering if I was going to find out why he was attempting suicide in the first place. LAPD handcuffed the man to the railing and pulled him by his underwear to get him back on the ledge! Apparently.. this was over a recent break up.
