How do you judge your friends?

both can be hurtful or good so i judge them on both

by their actions

usually by their actions

I dont mean to sound rightous, but I try not to judge people by there words or their actions. we all say and do things to each other, but I am not not to try to justify another human being.

Both... Sometimes their words may not represent what they are truly feeling, and that is when you look to their actions. Other times their actions may not be in line with the way they usually are, and it might be better to look at what they are saying... never judge people solely by one thing or another, because sometimes they will have a bad day and act/behave/speak differently.
