Need ads for my blog but??

I need ads that are cpm ads, that do not have redirects, I am so tired of this. In fact I am beginning to wonder if such ads exist. I had one up for 2 days, realized this morning my site was redirecting all of my subscribers, this cuts down on my subscribers, and it makes people not want to come back to my site.
A few months ago I had the same problem with another site, I am actually beginnig to think that cpm ads are for the birds, has anyone found any that do not redirect or have popups?

If you are interested you can join Smowtion. Which so far isn't a bad program to use. Minimum payment is $100.00, but to help you get there you need to find a referral link because you will earn a extra 20% in revenue then if you just join the site.

I also know about the site but I read a lot of negative reviews about the site around the internet. People said that they do not track all the visitors and you earnings get showed up in slow motion, but did not get some one saying that it is a scam.
