mindgames

One of my earlier immediate reporting boss one of those who loved to play mindgames... he used to use his eyes and behavior to suggest that he is not unhappy but always used to be good when it was more of a verbal discussion,..., he was always insecured about his position as i was doing quiet good in my job and my promotion was almost sure in next 6 months,,, but i guess. its more of a jealousy and so he did feel insecure about his position and he started making me feel ... am i doing something wrong here... untill i realised it through my ultimate boss... to whom everyone reported to

I am no good at mind games so I would lose on that one I am afraid...well I am back to bed..cheers for now...
