We turn off a computer after completing a job and when afterwards we reopen the file of same job, the message appears that your required file is not available to Win 32 applications. The files are corrupted and we have to work again on such jobs.

Computers just follow what the user has instructed them to do. So if there is a mistake in the output of the computer, then it is a software bug. And software are made by humans, so this "mistake" is not entirely wrong for the computer but rather a mistake in the program, which is definitely a human mistake. But the good thing is that it accurately points where it gone wrong and that is the point were software debugging starts.

This is why I love computers, they make "accurate mistakes", it sounds like an irony but it only means that when there is something wrong with the computer you will know what it is and how to fix it since it's accurate. With a little training and technical know how, those "accurate mistakes" can be to your advantage, no more expensive repairs, its D-I-Y all the way.

only Humans made mistakes not machines and especially logical machines like computers, I guess you have a outdated hardware or outdated or pirated software. That's why you're getting this errors. My suggestion for you is format your hard drive and install a clean copy OS.
