How can you find inner peace?

How can you find inner peace? How is it that you just feel good?

You have to put up with the current situation and assess it as a positive - compared with Stituationen that are much worse than mine. If you have health and enough money to survive, the rest is merely relative. While there is also a sense of life. But this should not be overestimated. Whether you're a woman who sticks to you, or not, is somehow relative. You can inside you will find so many values ??that you can expand or even want, that you can use your time very sensible enough.

I have not yet found permanent, but I'm sure he is only in faith, to find what to whatsoever! Only he who believes in something bigger and more durable than he himself does, is not that important any more ... then inner peace is possible. I am still working on it.

See the positive, (behind every shadow seems out the sunlight!) Listen to your inner being let-go-head away in the natural-listening music, or writing your thoughts down, maybe this will help. But even if does not help, then go to a hospital then you know you're okay-you're healthy!

While you worry that you feel comfortable in yourself. There are so many people who are terribly busy in the outside, because then I sometimes suspect they muddle around a lot so terribly, only to have to not be alone with yourself. And - sounds arrogant - which I do almost feel sorry, because I think then, where "at home" it is probably not good. You creators but pleasant thoughts through a beautiful home in you, then you feel more comfortable. Because you can then withdraw into yourself, even if it is windy outside bisserl

i achieved inner peace through meditation. i usually meditate every night before i go to sleep, it really helps me calm and at peace. sometimes i use guided imagery, i usually visualize mountain area with waterfalls or seaside view, it helps me relax and give me peace of mind too.
