Can i have more than 1 accounts with a single ip for 20dollars2surf?

Hi,
I have 4 pc's sharing a single internet connection, can i register more accounts for other pc's?
As per FAQ on 20dollars2surf it says, it does not limit one or two accounts per IP.
If i can register, can they be under my referral?
please advice

If each computer is different I can't see why not, of course I wish I could have multiple computers all linked up at the same time and running 20 dollars, but I could only do one, if I had multiple computers, all because the line wont accept more then 1 computer.
It doesn't limit per IP? That is new. I haven't read that yet. I will have to look into that, of course I would imagine each one would have to have a different email address, and a different email for paypal as well. But that would be easy enough to do.

There is no reason why each of your computers could not be running your referrals' bars.
