Question about cash-out for Clixsense members

This may be a dumb question, but now that Clixsense has changed its website and some of its features, how do you cash out? Can you now cash out @ $10 with a paypal account, and do they still charge the $3 cash-out fee? I can't seem to find any information about cashing out on the new site, or even where to go to initiate cash-out. Any info/advice is greatly appreciated!
