Simple answer: no. Complex answer: unlikely, unless you already have some earning mechanism in place. Online work tends to take a while to get started, as people want to see feedback from previous employers and so on or you are limited to their paydays and payout limits (which are not designed to dump 100 Euros a week on every member). Unless you have a contact who can get you some work on short notice or are very lucky, you're unlikely to be able to make that kind of money in your time limit. MyLot won't make you more than $10 a month (unless you're completely psychotic about posting and, even then, it'll be nowhere near 200 Euros and the return on your time would be appalling). You could always sell or pawn something to cover you while you work on a more long-term solution.
