lose weight

I`m watching biggest loser pinoy edition right now. The training is in deed intense and i know this gonna be a very hard week for the contestants.Discipline is what they need to learn inside the military training camp that is the only key to lose weight.

I also agree with you. Actually, it's not just in weight loss. Discipline can also be (and should be applied) to lots of events in our lives, even in our daily routines. Like, on how you spend money, or how you do your work, or even your attitude towards your work, etc. Of course, it's much harder to apply it to your daily eating habits, but if you set your eyes on the goal, and maintain your focus, then that would remind you of how to discipline yourself.

I definitely agree on you fellow mylotter! Discipline is the key to lose weight. One should have discipline in choosing the right kind of food to eat and in the urge to exercise everyday, be it inside the gym, pool or track and field area. For without discipline a person who weighs more than 300lbs won't be successful to do so. I love watching that show also, it serves as my inspiration to exercise more. As I always have this thought in mind: "If they can lose weight why can't I?"
