competence, as long as it's done correctly and does not justify any means, it will certainly spur ourselves to move forward and win the competition. With competence, we will be able honestly to assess a success and understand the meaning of the word "success".
To balance competency good and the bad is to understand the purpose of competency that we follow. Therefore, we must first take into account the objectives and our ability

Personally, there exists competition in every line of business. I think that if we could make good use of the competition, it would serve us right. Otherwise it would be a disaster, like losing a good relationship with the coworkers and such. I prefer a good working relationship as it makes us feel good in the same working unit. If we could help each other in the business, it would be better.

Yes , competition is important, it keep you on edge, remain sharp, work harder, and continue to innovate and new ideas can set abound to stay ahead. Without competition among its employees, company can't grow agressively and expand beyond its reach, a company with healthy competition will reap benefit and profit enormously from it.
