If you have windows 7, try using the "Snipping Tool" StartAll ProgramsAccessories. I pinned the snipping tool to my taskbar for easy access; Its much quicker than opening paint everytime.

I think this is all you need... http://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Mouser/screenshotcaptor/downloads/ScreenshotCaptorSetup.exe It will take a screenshot whenever you press shortcut key (Ctrl+whatever+whatever) and save them in specific folder automatically and even you can edit them :) I've been using it for almost 2 years now...

Download SnagIt Windows Screen Capture Utility (http://www.techsmith.com/) that's what my friend is using for screen capture.. while I had tried fraps once. it's nice too and freeware.. it allows you to define path for saving image folder.. and with one hot key screen directly captures and save as .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg file, whichever you specify at the time of configuration. http://www.fraps.com/ check if either is useful to you..

It is able to be done if you press the FN key With whichever key has the PRTSC in the lower portion on your keyboard. Mine is the END key on a Toshiba laptop. When you do the print screen it should bring up where you want it printed to most likely it will allow saving as a XPS document. They will normally be saved to documents as a default I believe.
