Which country and school are suitable for communication engineering postgraduate,Canada or Australia?
I'm a student from a ordinary university of china.Besides,I want to go abroad to study further

Why go all the way to Canada, when we're just a short flight away? 
We have very cheap & good education here & communications engineers are always in demand & paid well. There are plenty of Chinese people here & there are Chinatowns in every city down here - some bigger than others. Australia is forging stronger bonds in every respect with China now & both of our countries are benefiting economically from each other. There are a great many opportunities to take advantage of down here.
So what's keeping you?
