So, Who Likes to Read or Write Anime Fanfiction?

I've spent considerable time writing and reading anime based fanfiction. I only published a short few of these stories on the net, but I write many. Who else likes to read or write these stories?

I have no talent whatsoever for writing fanfiction so that's out of the question. But I do frequently read various anime/manga based fanfiction. I don't stick to a particular fandom either, I like to jump around and read different things. But it can be a bit tedious trying to find something good to read. Most of the stuff I come across are horrible.

I know exactly what you mean. Some people just don't get it. They tend to forget that the writers have lives outside of writing their fanfiction. I'm in the same boat, I tend to stick with what I know. But sometimes I read something that is unfamiliar and it actually compels me to go and check out the anime/manga it's based on.

I know what you both mean. Reading is just as enjoyable as writing for me, but there is a lot less stress when you read. People don't threaten to burn your house down if you let a character die. I knew someone who actually had his website hacked just because he always wrote Ranma 1/2 fanfiction where Akane never got to be with Ranma. They refused to write such so people decided to do something about it.

I'm just a fan of reading anime fan fiction. I don't have the time to write since I'm quite busy at work. I probably don't have the talent to write either.

I haven't had much time to write of late, but I do still love to read anime fanfiction. So, I do understand your point. Life has been so hectic of late!

I write a little bit of anime fan fiction, but I haven't updated in awhile because I'm concentrating on making money online so I can buy stuff.

It has been somewhat similar with me. I enjoy writing and reading fanfiction, but work has to come first. Otherwise I won't be able to eat and watch anime.

The only Amine fanfiction I have ever read is for Inuyasha and YuGiOh.
I find it hard to find safe websites to watch the shows on, so I've only dabbled a little.
Compared to my other fandoms, its been difficult to find quality fanfiction for these fandoms. I'm not exactly sure why though. I'd imagine its because Anime generates a pretty large fanbase, but not one devoted to fanfiction.

I love reading anime FanFiction. I have only written one anime based story so far and that was for Naruto. I like writing more for TV shows or movies since I am not the greatest at coming up with good story lines for anime but I have been practicing. I like to read Naruto and InuYasha FanFiction stories the most. =)

I do but I always end up not finishing them :P I write romance stories and did around... 3 I think? In fanfiction.net but eventually, I started posting them in my blog via livejournal. Feel free to check them if you have time :D

I love reading anime fanfiction. Pokemon ones are my favorites. I also like Case Closed/Detective Conan ones too. ^_^

Reading fanfictions and I guess writing them were my hobby before! I used to get a lot of satisfaction reading my favorite fanfics. I don't know when I stopped... I guess when my fave fanfics stopped updating and I just became too busy.
I read a lot at fanfiction.net since they have ooodles of goodies. Now I guess I would rather watch animes now.
I read the comment where a site gets hacked! Wow totally extreme.
Where did you publish your fanfics?
