If they were partner for forever then that would be a big giant partnership. A mixture of creativity from Steve Jobs and market-ship from Bill Gates. And I think this duo would have broken all barriers.

I think apples financial success is based less on the proceeds from the overpriced hardware, but on the long-term customer loyalty in the i-tunes-shop.

I think there's a bit of conspiracy there, it might be possible that Microsoft and Apple is showing the world that they are competing but in fact, they are sharing all the profits from all the sales.
