While I was searching for "ways to make money online", I came up with myLot.com. That site says you earn at myLot.com by discussions. I found here it's a good site for sharing knowledge, but I don't how to earn here?
I just came to no that you can't here by just posting discussions or someone comments on your post.
So someone please give a clear overview about earning here.
Thanks,

You earn from YOUR participation on the site (not from anyone else's, naturally!).
The amount you can earn has no upper limit but depends on the QUALITY of your participation, the amount of time you can spend responding and commenting and whether other people rate your posts.
The FIRST thing you should do is to read the Guidelines several times through: http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx (It is worth noting that they are 'guidelines' and not 'rules' and that, unless you understand that, it is possible to see some deletions as 'unfair' or 'inexplicable'.)
Moderation here is strict and anything which is deleted will not earn you anything, so it is a waste of time to respond to discussions which will be deleted just as much as it is a waste of everyone's time to start discussions which will be deleted.
Mostly, however, you don't need to worry about the strictness of moderation. If the discussions you post really engage people and encourage good quality responses to which you can reply with good quality comments, then you will do well here.
It's best to forget about earning as such. Just participate in discussions (both your own and other people's) to the best of your ability, and you will do very well ... though MyLot will probably NOT pay your electricity bill or for your Internet connection!
Nearly all the questions that newcomers ask are answered in the FAQs: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx See the section on Earnings, for example, for the answers to your question here.

@ vikas:
It is important that you read the FAQs.
Please read here to understand that earnings are NOT updated immediately:

Welcome!! I think everyone has pretty much laid everything out for you. I noticed, though, that you said that you weren't paid after posting. It's not exactly like that. You get paid for the amount of participating that you do. Participate today, and you will see the results tomorrow in your account.

Everyone has pretty much explained to you what you should do to earn on myLot. The most important thing is to be active here and have fun at the same time.

You earn at myLot by contributing QUALITY content. Content can be text, images, etc.
Your earnings are very small here but they add up over time. My suggestion is to use this site as a resource and consider the earnings as a small bonus.
By resource I mean as a place to ask questions you are interested in as the question I am responding to. You can also start discussions that are not questions but just a topic to share with this community.
I understand you can also earn small amounts by using the search here but I personally do not do that very much.
You can also visit the task area on this site and consider doing tasks for other myLot members.
Quality is the most important part about earnings here. Make discusions you start as interesting as possible and the same for your replies and comments, always be as interesting and useful as you can.
Hope this helps.
Oh, don't expect to make more than a few cents a day at first and to be honest I don't think I will ever as much as even one dollar a day but I like the format of this site and the ability to ask questions and receive replies rather quickly.
