Wow, it is actually empty!!

Good for you! Yes, I do but at times it takes much longer than other times. lol

There are days I feel like I'm barried in e-mail and that despite my best efforts, I'm going to get no-where fast. However, I frequently (maybe not as frequently as I should) go through my inbox and just start deleting old e-mails and only keep the important must-save-for-later messages. It's rare that my business or "important" inbox is ever void of any and all messages. It's almost always got something in it weather it be e-mail for George (my husband) or e-mail for me. I'm seriously considering creating another gmail account to store his e-mails and stop cluttering mine.But, he doesn't get that many anyway so I really shouldn't complain.

Occasionally I get to the bottom of my inbox but most days the answer is a resounding "NO". When I retire from the Inn, I hope I will see the bottom of my inbox more often.

I always clear my inbox daily. Can you see my halo? LOL. I have hardly any discussions highlighted in my inbox and other than Facebook I mostly get spam. Easy to ditch. I tend to answer my messages first thing in the morning or in the evening. Sometimes I do them in the night if I'm not sleeping so well. Helps to send me back to sleep!!

I was very good at this until recently I went on my vacation and although I am catching up on reviewing and or responding to all I feel like I should, it is still not getting to the bottom of the barrel. lol Daily they keep coming so not quite up to date.

Wow that's nice I haven't been active her for a few days, just coming for a few minutes and gone again since the past week so I have this many unread messages. Right now it's 70+ unread messages. I wish I could get to the bottom of them and clear all of my messages soon but dunno when boredom will strike me again. Anyway have a wonderful day

hi humbug wow you have been busy.I have accomplished a lot on mylot but its looks like zilch in my mylot folder., some 139 notifications and I deleted about 500 as I just cannot possibly respond to that many friends. I am trying to respond to all that really interested meand have been at this since 8 this morning stopping for lunch at 11 and now working til a few minutes before four. I will again work from 5 to 9 and stop as I promised my roomie I will go to bed at 10 although I hate that as eleven o clock pm is actually my own bedtime. I wish at times I were two people here. lol lol lol

i TRY TO CLEAR MINE EVERYDAY. hATE A BUNCH OF THINGS HANGING OVER ME THAT I NEED TO DO ON THE COMPUTER & IN THE HOUSE.

The first email that I have made are full of messages. I am tired of deleting it so I made a new one. Now, my new email has more messages again. I'm too lazy to delete some of the useless items in my inbox. It takes time and I don't have the patience on it.hehe

Yes, I do it every day It is just something that I am a little bit compulsive about.

Honestly, i dont. Before whenever I open my email, it shows that I have 3000 unread messages. But now, I managed to customized my email using filter. So I have separate folder for facebook, friendster, jobstreet, bank etc. everyday I get to receive more than 20 email. Then I go to each folder and check if something is interesting then delete those old jobstreet notification. I just leave others as is. Now, I only have 1000 plus unread messages. Yehey.. I don't like my inbox empty. Because there might come a time that I need to check an old message in my email.
