The strings are located at the wing level. The hammer is the wing of my knowledge and direct light. This should be possible for a greater brilliance. Everything housewife knowledge.

Pianos, there are now two main types: upright piano and grand piano: The piano is like a harpsichord, anywhere in the room; notch, soundboard and strings are parallel to the ground When standing upright piano notch, soundboard, strings and hammer mechanics (mechanics stand) perpendicular to the ground so that you can set it to save space on the wall. The term "piano" is the generic term for the various designs. The English names are "grand piano" or simply "grand" for the wing, "upright piano" or just "upright" on the piano were. Wing piano and have many similarities and some important differences. Similarities: All components (body, cast iron plate, soundboard, pin block, keyboard, play work, strings and pedals) are found in both wings and the piano Differences: The sound condition (cast frame, soundboard and strings) are the wings horizontally, vertically, however the piano. This sound has the following consequences: At the wing the sound radiates from the soundboard essentially downwards and upwards. Below it is reflected from the floor and distributed, either above the closed lid or dampened by the open lid bundled to the side emitted. At the piano, the sound radiates first forward and rear. In the usual statement of the posterior portion is directly reflected by the wall of the room and back onto the soundboard. The front portion is reflected from the body with play apparatus and players. Pressing a button causes an upward movement of the rear portion of the rocker buttons. At the wing upward by the hammer is thrown against the string. The weight of the hammer felt is right on the button and allows a detailed sound design. At the piano, the upward movement of the rocker button in a forward motion of the hammer will be implemented. This is somewhat indirect contact with the hammer. . At the piano with the left pedal, the starting positions of the hammers to the strings been shifting. Thus, the sound is slightly quieter, but its color will change only slightly. Due to the horizontal position of the hammers at the back wing of rapids of the hammers is supported from the side by the natural force of gravity.
