How can I withdraw my money if I received money on my paypal?

Could anyone tell me how can I withdraw it? I live in China. I had logged in my paypal account. And it said it will cost me 35 dollars to transfer the money to my Chinese account. Is that true? 35 dollars? Then it means I work just for paying the fees of transaction.

i'm not really sure. it doesn't sound right.. you are trying to transfer the money from your paypal to your chinese bank account? i have never heard of paypal charging a fee just for taking your own money out.. have you contacted paypal and asked them?
