One time, my elder sister sent me a message on the phone saying what she should do with her behavior regarding dirt. To tell you, she was an average clean freak, but it seemed to worsen. She would become nauseous by just seeing speck of black dots on the tiles and same with mud stains. She asked me for help since I know medical stuff, and she was wondering if there was some cure. I haven't mentioned any of my views to her yet since I am not sure either. So, for me, what I thought was, I should just let her practice thinking how lucky she is by being able to use tiled restrooms or just see mud stains while I let her try reflecting on the people who's muddy from head to toe and sleeping on the streets while others have restrooms made of pit holes! Well, that's what I thought since I see it as psychological problem...How about other ideas from mylotters?? please?

reverse psychology, just let your sister. kiss the mud and fungus on the bathroom tiles..if nothing happens to her, then you will say."see?sister there is nothing wrong with mud stains and black dots.it will not harm you..

hahaha! that's kinda harsh~ like what I said above, we'll try sneak tactics in making her exposed to dirt. but that's a nice phrase to say after.. thanks gabz!

My brother was a clean freak during his childhood, he even felt nauseous when he saw some dust in his room but time passed by his clean freak syndrome gone so I suggest that you had to treat her reverse psychologically. What do I mean? Like you said she is a clean freak them give her some dirty stuffs so that you can get rid her clean freak syndrome. If her clean freak continues its better that you had to consult a psychiatrist for her.

i haven't thought of that~ I will try that sometimes, but I'm not doing it head on to reduce being offensive; I'll do sneak tactics hehe...it's like desensitizing in case of allergies ^_^ cool! thanks vora!

Hello there Gea, well about your sister's problem, we both think similarly about how lucky she is being able to use tiled restrooms and clean areas. An additional to that, I will let her think that the dirt she experienced is nothing compared to the least unfortunate people who are living with mud and dirt all over, on how they are surviving just to fill their stomach with rotten food and walking around without any clothes to wear or slippers to wear but still they have their guts to live and smile. Hope this helps.^_^ happy my lotting. God speed!!!
