What's up with PTC?

I personally don't get what's so great about PTC. I'm struggling to make even a cent!
Yet, on myLot, I hear of 'success stories' on PTC sites, and I'm jsut wondering how they manage to pull it off.
If you're on a PTC site, how much do you earn, and how much time do you spend on it??

its all about have referrals not only referral but active referrrals
So people what with a teams meaning one persons get more active and rent referrals then upgrade get paid the reinvest the money in getting more referrals.
You just have to have a strategy to make and have patince too
