AS Roma's new coach, Luis Enrique, reminding ROMA fans not to expect AS ROMA too high. He admitted he's not Harry Potter can conjure his team accomplishments in an instant.
Enrique become AS Roma coach this season. With his experience train Barcelona B, he is expected to bring changes in style of play the Italian capital club.
However, Enrique is not burdened with targets that are too high. He also would not promise any trophies for his new team.
"I have no crystal ball and I'm not Harry Potter," said Enrique was reported by the Italian Football.
In the transfer market this summer, Roma brought Erik Lamela, Gabriel Heinze, Bojan Krkic and Maarten Stekelenburg. However, they lost Mirko Vucinic, Philippe Mexes, and Jeremy Menez. One of my favourite player had gone (philipe Mexes)
"We still need a few players and the players that do not fit with this project would be better off," said Enrique.
"I feel optimistic by what I see in practice. I really like the attitude of the players," said the 41 years man.
"We are working to form a new squad and I can not say how many more players we need. I will discuss it privately with the director Walter Sabatini," he said.
"I do not think we changed too much this summer. I used to constantly changing in Barcelona B," he finished.
I do hope coach of my club will bring the effect for us..Many of Roma forum and group in facebook say their belief that this season, ROMA will be a winner..
What do you think guys

Of course, it would be a huge mistake to expect too much from the beginning from Luis Enrique and the new Roma team, as the style he provides( tiki-taka) needs time to be implemented in a team, maybe even 1-2 years. But if there is a perspective, Roma's executive and fans need to have patience and in a few years they will have a great team playing for them. Because in my opinion the continuity is the key of success, and this continuity has to be achieved in quiet and calm.

I think unfortunately, most of the coaches these days are expected to be Harry Potters. They are given at most 6 months to ring in the changes and ensure the team becomes successful. It is a bit sad, but if things do not change soon, then the coaches are sacked.
So Luis Enrique will need to make the changes happen fast.
Cheers!

He is smart by not placing the fans' expectation too high. But it won't work. Success is what the club owners will demand. Failed, and he will receive the boot soon. With the players that they have bought, it does look like they will be in for a shout. But my money will go to Inter, Sneijder or not.
