Although Sir Alex Ferguson has said that Manchester United did not pursue Wesley Sneijder anymore, speculation surrounding the Inter Milan midfielder was still exist.
Speculation that the pursuit of Manchester United for Sneijder is expected still not over after Bert van Marwijk made ??the comments. Dutch national team coach called a few benefits that would be obtained if Sneijder move to Old Trafford.
"The transfer to United will give a lot of good for Wesley. He will get many benefits by becoming their player," Van Marwijk said as reported by ESPN Star.
"With Real Madrid and Inter Milan, he has had the names of the big clubs in his CV. But Manchester United will be a major step in the international ladder for him."
"Manchester United have a unique way of playing and they play consistently at the highest level." "Their method in practice, and how people in the club working with the players, is extraordinary. That's why this will be a new challenge for Wesley."
"It will inspire and give it new energy," said Van Marwijk.
Prior to this, Sir Alex has said that the midfielder will not be bought. "I keep reading about this news, but certainly if there is not anything related to the issue. One thing, I do not think Inter are ready to sell themselves," said the Scottish manager.
what will you do if your national team coach suggest you to move to another club? what do you want to do??

I am not sure on the transfer news any more. Clubs first express interest, then they say they are not interested and then suddenly that player ends up in the club. I think the midfield of Man U does have the need of a player who can play the playmaker and Sneijder will fit that role very well.
Cheers!

Fletcher is good for derby matches, but is not a consistent performer. Carrick is again a good passer, but is not a great visionary to play the playmaker. Last year it was Scholes and Giggs who came in important matches to carve out victories for United. One player who improved a lot last year was Nani!!
Cheers!

I think that van Marwijk wants to see Sneijder change the background a bit and try himself out in another league, like the Premier League. And one of the best teams he could go to is Manchester United. But I think Wesley is smart enough to meet his own decisions, and the statement of van Marwijk doesn't influence him. If I would be him, I wouldn't care for the national coach's statement, but I wouldn't tell him that. After all, it would be my life and my career and I should know better what is the best option for me.

National coach should not tell which club the players should go. Already, the national team and club managers are not in very good terms. By suggesting which clubs the players should go, it will worsen the relationship. Imagine wehn Marwijk wanted to call up another Dutch player who is plying his trade with Inter.
