DivX player is a huge FAIL only for me?

Hi folks! I have already long term problem with DivX web player. You might want to know what kind of problem it is? Then i must say that the whole DivX web-player is a problem! Its for nothing and it is not doing anything i need or i want it to do for me. For example in Google Chrome i never seen it working, only that annoying error message pop up regularly - DivX web-player stopped/crashed etc... . OK, the next step i was trying to do was open video files containing webpage on different web browser. I tried both Firefox 6 beta and IE9 and all what i got was PC slowdown and web browsers simply could not open DivX web-player. So I must ask to myself why i have still it on my PC when it just takes space, but do nothing really? But i found solution fast - Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features\uninstall program :D
