Yea, so says my daughter. Personally I think it's 16, but I'm kind of math challenged.

Your daughter is right. As about 16, is something, you know something, but you just mix things ... 16 is the legal drinking age in France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal, while in USA female sixteen year start to have the right to privacy laws about OBGYN practices.
