We are always learning and growing. It is what we learn that decides how much we grow and what kind of person we grow to be. Someone can spend an entire week trying to learn text abbreviations then spend the rest of their time texting friends things like, "omg! your shoes r 2 cute!" or they can spend an entire week analyzing Plato's The Republic and end up coming to some great conclusion about politics that has the potential to stop wars. We are still learning and growing in both examples, but what we learn decides what we grow into.

I really do think when we stop learning we stop growing. Learning is such an amazing aspect of our lives. Our brain is absolutely wonderful. It's ability to take in so much information. To keep tabs on what is important and revelant and what isn't. I think as we age the more active are brains are the better we will be. Those who continually keep learning at times may live longer than those who stop using their brains. I love learning. I enjoy studying and learning new things everyday. I have to be balanced because I could spend all day reading material on different topics that I feel are practical thing to use.
