So, I turned the computer. if i want to open a program such as MSN and then does not open at the window, but when I look at the task manager then there is msnmsgr.exe. or if I want to remove programs I can not uninstall. and my computer is no longer out.

Sounds like Windows. Try a system restore to a date as it still worked. start programs accessories system Tools

Yes, at Microsoft we need an info about the operating system, hihi ... Go to the Internet Cafe and invite you "Antivir", "Adaware" and "spyware search and destroy" down, and save to a USB stick. then start from back home, compiler, installing programs, running, solved problem after a few hours. WHAT? What's that proposes for a Top of this crap? In no case !!!!! The above is completely sufficient !!!!!
