When people look at you while driving or stopping on a red light (night time)

Hello mylotters, For females, or anyone in general, while driving, have you ever felt freaked out if the other person who is driving and is at your either left or right side, that they are staring or looking at you in a certain way that makes you feel uncomfortable or annoyed, especially when driving? Earlier I just have have had some weird or not so good experiences when people tend to look at me while driving or paying attention to red light. Just after i dropped off a friend at night, I left and used side street. Free way entrance was closed. However, i have to make a left turn and wait for a red light to come on green. However, there is this other car that was right side of me also turning left and he kinda stared or looked at me in a way not so good way or a way that just made me feel weird and uncomfortable but i shrugged it off and said whatevers in my mind. I do mind my own thing and I thought this guy was whatever. When it became green light to turn left, I just drove a bit more ahead of him cuz i felt weird vibes. On the way to a couple of streetlights that are green, one of them, he drove pass me. He's on the right lane. He drove pass me and looked over his left shoulder at me and looked at me. And droved off and then cut another car that was ahead of me. So instead of going more forward, i decided to make a left on the light to go another way home. How do you react to people just staring at you in a weird way or not so good way? Do you just try to drive off a lil fast if they keep staring and stuff? And now I'm now i'm thinking, maybe the person (guy) that looks at the girl female driver in a certain way might even follow the person mostly when alone and driving at night..
