Hi Surely offline work can give us quite more than online work. I am in online earning since few years. I do it because of extra earning purpose. I never think it as full time work. So I am in it for some extra.

Very good question! Here is my reason: I am a full time student which means I have to concentrate on my studies and school work. If i would get an 'offline' job it would be hard to concentrate on school work because i would get tired from the job i do. My parents only give me a small amount of pocket money and they say that I shouldn't start working, or getting a job because i have the rest of my life to work. Which is a long time. So i have decided to waste their electricity and do all kinds of work online so i can cash out into my OWN bank account. That way i make some money without spending TOO much time on my online work and concentrating more on my school life. There, that's my reason. :) What is yours, @gmkumar08?

That's the same for me. I'm a student, and some extra bucks a month in my PayPal account are really good ;-)

I think most people who have online jobs have also steady offline jobs. Most people I know who are into online jobs are doing it for extra money. Earning online is good but it MIGHT not be as much as to what one earns if he have a regular job ;)

Good to Know that people are not completely dependent on their online earnings.

Hi gmkumar08, Its like adventure. The internet, gives us the opportunity to cross boundaries/territories and interact with other nationalities. The opportunity to earn money is only secondary to me. What i value the most is communication. That across the wide seas, there is somebody out there who reads us and responds to our discussion.

Hi gmkumar08, I have my part time job offline. It's the primary income to pay living expenses. I have lots to do on pc like studying language, learning article, etc therefore it's convenient for me to earn online as I could take care of them handily at the same time. This could save me considerable of time I'm happy to earn extra income in this way and doesn't matter how wee the income is Happy posting

Well for me it all started when I didn't have a working vehicle and so no way to get around. I found that depending on other people for a ride to work or anything else for that matter wasn't dependable at all. That's when I started finding ways to make money from home. I started taking surveys online and buying and selling on e-bay as well as writing articles for money and of course mylot. Now with the way the economy and the way jobs are scarce I still use the internet and have actually gotten to the point that it is a regular income although I need to get it a little higher before I am truly comfortable with having it as my sole source of income. I also repair computers from home and hope to build a small shop in front of the house as a storefront to keep business there instead of having customers come directly into my home. Between this and my internet work I have been able to provide an income for myself for a couple of years now. I am in the process of marketing some e-books and buying wholesale items shipped to my home for resale on the internet and I think this will boost my income considerably. As I said I started out by joining websites that pay me for taking online surveys and I still do for the extra cash. I have a website that lists all the sites I belong to that I know pay so if you want to check it out you can find the link on my profile page. They are all free to join. If any site asks you for a fee to join to take surveys then you should probably stay away from it because in my experience they are scams. A legitimate paying survey site will not ask you for money, on the contrary, they will be paying you money. Another reason I have stuck with the internet work and would like to continue with it and expand it is because of the convenience and broad areas of work. I can set my own pace and work at any hour I want. I have found this to be exactly what I want.

There are a lot of advantages to making money online. Probably the biggest one is being able to be anywhere you want to be and as long as you have a computer and an internet connection, you can earn online. Also, you don't have to worry about commuting to work every day. You can work your own hours, as little or as much as you want. Being able to set up a residual income is a big plus too. Earning online really is the ultimate freedom as a way for making money.

My reason is coz I want to earn a bit of extra cash for myself. I don't have a job, never had one, not even a part time job. It's really hard these days to gt jobs and have been looking for one for a year now. I am a student and without experience and that is probably one of the reason why i don't have a job. Anyway online is the only way I can earn some extra cash for myself, besides the pocket money I get from my parents.

I want to earn online because it's the least I can do. I'm still a student and need to finish my course. I guess earning money online is great being a student. You're just sitting in a chair at home in front of a computer and you can earn few USD cents for some tasks and I think doing this little task is worth paying.

Today everything's price is higher and higher. However, our income is stable. And today we face more pressure today, such as the education and health care issues. It is better to have more money in case of any accidents. This is why I want to take advantage of my spare time to earn extra money online. I love China

Originally when i started looking for work at home things i was a single parent. I wanted to stay at home with my children but still needed to go to work. Never do find anything. My kids grew up and had there own children. Now im getting older and with the internet and computers i had hoped that by the time i get to old to go out and work i could find something that i can do from home.

Earning online can be done on our own time. If we could find ways of earning a full-time living online then we would be in control of our time and our lives. We really don't like to be controlled. We like to call our own shots. Probably one of the main reasons. Some do it to earn a few extra dollars working in their spare time.

I'm on disability and right now I wouldn't have time for an offline job if I tried. I have aspirations of making better money, but in the meantime I do the penny work because it's better than nothing. I also work on my blog and try to figure out how to sell my crafts online so maybe I can bring in a better income this way and not have to worry so much about money.

Earning online for me is just for a more productive leisure time. I have an offline job so my online earnings are just for extra keeps. That extra money that I would earn online will be used for pampering myself or luxurious wants only so that I would not take away anything from my original earnings from offline job.
