I noticed when I was drinking soy milk on a regular basis, I wasn't having that many symptoms under my period, but my period now after not drinking soy has felt more miserable. Can you see a change in difference in how you feel after drinking soy if you are a lady?

not where a period is concerned but an ex housemate of mine used to suffer from IBS. she was a vegetarian and didn't eat meat, but she eventually decided to become a vegan, and eat soy etc, and not eat anything that came from an animal.. she slipped up with cheese every now and again lol.. but with eating soy products because she had to as a vegetarian, she realised that the soy helped her IBS, and that dairy products had been annoying it all those years :)

soy doesn't bloat you and make you feel crappy, i noticed that from soy, i do think that it helps, :) I was drinking it on a regular basis last year and I swear that my pms was not as bad as usual. It was minor spotting and minor symptoms of many things.

Soy can be good for the right person. I know for me it would be detrimental. But abviously for you it realives a lot. YOur mood probrobly improved too! Soy has a narural form of estragen and other things of that nature and so when you start your cycle you drop your estragen levels so that you can start. When you consume soy milk it replaces it temp but in a different way. It is not the same type of estragen you have in your body so be carefull.

i think just drinking the milk and leaving off highly concentrated amounts of suppliments are better that way. My mom took a shake with soy in it and to her it was delicious. She had taken it for menapausal symtops and it helped her.

It's funny how an edame bean can taste good as a milk.
