It is ridiculous. I think it is even worse that Diane made Victor legal guardian of Kyle. I feel that Jack should have full custody of Kyle since Kyle is his son. I feel that Kyle will end up getting treated the same way Vicki and Nick have been treated throughout their lives and I am sure once Nikki comes back into the picture she is not going to want Kyle as a stepson.

That was a really dumb thing to say...she had 10 blows to the head and make us think people did it. Probably all that is is she was hit once, and while floating around the water pushed her into rocks...9 times hitting her head on a rock. But to have all 10 of those people hit her..to stupid even for a soap I think. I just get tired of the entire town is always "suspect" to murders. Then they drag it out for weeks, then finally choose one, arrest is made, but then...someone else pipes up and that one is release and this one is now arrested...and in the end...it is none of those they originally assumed to be suspects did it...it is someone entirely un-seen...someone from that persons past or something like that. In this case...Deacon is probably the only one that it could be as they would have to put the killer in jail..and none of the current suspects can be in jail for long unless their contract is up for the actor or actor leaving or something. Unless of course if it is Victor...he does it all and gets away with is, so if he is finally the killer, he won't be going to jail anyway..he never does!!!

That would make for an interesting murder trial wouldnt it? I don't think that is what truly happened though. I still believe that Adam was behind it.

This show and the killing of Diane seemed to take on a CSI perspective that it different for soap operas. It is a nice change.
FYI-have you joined Y&R on Facebook? They have a daily video, but the 200+ comments that are left daily are great. if i missed a day, all I have to do is reat the comments....these comments have also helped me with the history of the show that i have forgotten. Many have their opinions on people etc. it is like these are real people in real life. LOL

I have a feeling that Adam had something to do with the murder. The reason I think this is because Adam had promised to help Diane if Diane had changed her story then Diane went behind Adam's back and reported Adam to the SEC. Ronan found Adam's Harvard ring so I think this piece of evidence will help put Adam behind bars.

Well there would probably be no way to prove who struck the killing blow, but surely they could convict them all of something...
