Have you tried this online job? I just took the exams and I'm on the process of taking the certification. After you passed the exam, you need to submit the requirements in their office in Makati City or Sta. Rosa, Laguna. It is like a directory assistance job but home based. Minimum is 10 hours per week and maximum is 32 hours. Are you familiar with this? My friends say that you can earn roughly 55 pesos per hour.

Hello chiwasaki, you know, fifty five pesos an hour is good but I am not sure the needed requirements. do you think there are things that they're not telling you in this matter? Nope am not familiar with this but it's better if you start researching about this company before you end up making a mistake, or miss a little detail about this company
you might also need internet and some program before you do something like that.

I already read some forums about this one and they are legit. It is somehow like a non voice call center account, but home based. It is like a text support, which is similar to chat support.

A friend who is a kgb special agent referred me and she said that you can earn extra depending on the speed of your response. Her salary ranges from Php6,000 to Php10,000 a month. I tried it once. I didn't pass the certification though. I thought I will just breeze through it because you'll have different search engines to aid you when searching for answers. Response time plays a huge role though and I screwed it up big time. Lesson learned. ;D

I'm not really sure about this as well. Is it required that you need to answer the question in a span of 3 minutes? Thanks for sharing information on this. I also don't have much that idea on what to do about the simulation training as well.

i see that you have read their thread on pinoy exchange. as i am not familiar with their rules, i'd rather not comment on their rules. it's been a long time since i took their certification. tips: passing the special agent test is easy. don't be fooled though. certification is a lot more taxing. they will provide training modules and take time to study them. don't take the certification lightly as it will make or break your application. response time is one of the metrics and your response time during the certification will determine whether you are eligible to re-apply in case you fail. if you screw your response time, they will state inthe regret email that you can't re-apply... EVER.

Hi jaiho, there is no referral on this one. If you want to check on the details, you can go to jobstreet and just type "kgb" on the search bar. There will be link there about the job. Have a good day too! ^.^

I'm beginning to get interested in this work at home thing. I'll try to take their test and check if I pass. Makati is just an MRT away to submit the papers just in case. I hope I pass and I'll share my experiences with you all as well.

I'm also not that familiar with the job itself. But it seems like some of my lotters here are well experienced and already received their salary with kgb. I'm still on the process of taking the certification test and hopefully I will be able to pass.

Hi chiwasaki. I am familiar with this company KGB, I think this is the previous InfoNxx in Makati, if I am not mistaken huh. And InfoNxx account is really directory assistance. 55 pesos per hour 10 hours per week is really not bad at all. If you are available, you can max it to 32 hours and earned around 1700. Cool!
I have heard that the account is as easy as it is, however, it has a lot of calls as it is directory assistance, like people in the US, or whatever country you will support, usually calls directory assistance for restaurant location, other establishment, driving direction etc. But I think it's a good opportunity to earn if you are a person who wants to work at home. Good luck on your endeavor!

I think their call center site is in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The current offer that they have is like a nonvoice callcenter job which is home based. The usual basic for non voice is around 12k per month but they are offer is really low. But you can work on it as a part timer.

That is really a legit site. My officemate previously worked on kgb. I tried it too but I failed to complete the training set within the limited time. They're gonna give you a training set that you have to complete within a certain period. I was not able to complete because my flash player does not work. You need to have that to be able to see the presentation. Im gonna try that again. All you gotta have is a mozilla and flash player, and you must be graduate too. You must have a degree.
