Those movies all sound good especially the Notebook and Schindler's list. I would also add The Secret Window, A beautiful Mind, Dances With Wolves, Gone With The Wind. Maybe even Grease and The Lion King. Thanks for the great discussion topic!

I used to be a movie addict before, going to the movie theatres atleast three times a week. I very much miss those years. I have seen many movies, comedies, tragedies, historical, western, detective, and so on. I don't have the time these days to go to the theathres, but I do sit down in front of the TV once in a while and watch movies.

To be honest my list would be endless as I watch more movies in a year than most people watch in a lifetime. But a trio of stand out, heart touching movies which for me are in a foreign language are "Malena", "Il Postino" and "La vita รจ bella" all 3 are well worth a look at with storylines which tell themselves without the need for subtitles.

I love watching movies as well - all types of movies, here's my list so far: Tae Guk Gi (korean) My Sassy Girl (Korean) 3 Idiots (Bollywood) Ong bak (Thai) Man from Nowhere (korean) Shinjuku Incident (Chinese) Battle Royale Series (Japanese) Crazy Little Thing Called Love (Thai) Battle LA (Hollywood) I'm forgetting some titles but these ones are really entertaining so it's hard to forget them.
