Coconuts and wheatgrass juice are both meant to be super foods with lots of health properties and nutritional value. What do you know about them and do you know which is better. Coconuts surely taste better, but I have felt an instant lift sometimes when having a wheatgrass shot.

I've never tasted wheat-grass but I know coconut is great especially since it is an alkaline food which is great for energy.

Yes coconut is very good for you, I didn't realise it is alkaline, this is good to know as it must be good to have it when my tummy is feeling acidic. Wheat grass tastes like grass. Sometimes some shops juice it and freeze it, or keep it in the fridge, this juice always tastes worst, fresh wheatgrass juice is best, even though it still tastes a bit grassy - I like to have ginger juiced with it as this can mask the flavour.

I like the taste of coconut juice very much. It is really uncomparable. I used to drink coconut juice just about every afternoon before, but no more. I am having high blood pressure, and coconut juice aggravates my blood pressure. I am now avoiding any thing that has coconut in it, juice, pudding, ice cream, cakes, and so on.

Thanks for your comments greenline. I am surprised that coconut juice aggravates your blood pressure as it is meant to be very healthy. Do you drink fresh coconut juice or juice in bottles or cartons or tins that may have things added to it like sugar and preservatives? It could also depend on what other things you eat in your diet I suppose.
