Mario sport series is missing something.

I think the super Mario sport series is missing something...FOOTBALL.
Yes, American Football i was thinking thats all they need and they would
be complete. Like there would powerups , and trick plays where the
football would turn into a bomb and the other team would intercept the
pass and it would explode. But this is just me I could use some other
opinions.
