We all know Henry had 6 wives. His first wife Catherine of Aragon gave birth to Mary whom would later become Queen Mary.
With Catherine becoming barren Henry too Anne Boylen as a muse to entertain the king. She was protestant and while she held the heart of the King, she would not give her honor to the King until his marriage was annulled.
Queen Catherine since she was married to Henry's brother before him, And who could not been with the king because of illness, when he died she was rightly given to King Henry to be married.
While Anne played angles into Henry's heart, the Church would not allow an annulment to Queen Catherine. She was very devout.
He finally had the church broken to get eveyone to believe she had been with his brother before illness. The King got the anullment. With the Church broken for the first time King Henry with Lady Ann Boylen and her daughter Elizabeth made the first protestant church which became the Episcopalian Church.
When Queen Mary was passing way she summoned Lady Elizabeth and upon the death of this queen Elizabeth became Queen Elizabeth known as THE VIRGIN QUEEN. During the many years Elizabeth ruled, she brought the love of a strong Christian church.

How scary it would have been to be alive at that time and be a woman. It would be even worse if the King wanted you and you made him mad. He just made up rules to fit what he wanted to do! I watched a show called "The Tudors". I liked it, but I don't get that channel any longer. I don't know how truthful it was, but from everything I have read and heard it was pretty realistic.

They had good tones of how he lived. IF you get a chance watch the other Boylen Girl. I have the DVD as I love that era to watch.
It was amazing how alike Henry VIII was to his red headed daughter Elizabeth.
Her two movies made were very intense and she ruled very well and never took a husband and became known as the Virgin Queen.
Thanks for reading maybe we will keep this little section going til others come around LOL
