I need this kind of customer service

My cousin was involved in a car accident two weeks ago, and he was his fault no doubt. Both his car and the other car were scratched, damaged in different body part. Then my cousin report to the insurance company immediately and tell them the detail. Later, on the next day, the insurance agent, which recommended by my friend to us also follow up the case, and ask my cousin if he needs help, or anything he doesn't understand he can talk to her. She can walk him through the claim process, and tell what kind of form he should need to fill up. Definitely my cousin visit her the other day, and she help him out on the claim process. On the other day, she called up my cousin again and tell him do not worry a thing, she already help him follow up the necessary process. My cousin told me that is an excellent service, and we don't have this kind of service attitude anymore at anywhere. I might would agree with him. Because from what I see, most of those insurance only follow up whether you pay your premium on time or not. Other problems, they won't care, you have to figure out yourself.

I think we all need this kind of customer service. The kind that you don't need to be in limbo in times that you needed their assistance. Our insurance company is also a very good. They are the ones facilitating the process of the renewal , etc. so We are always on time.
