Moneybookers to Paypal?

I have some funds in my Moneybookers account that I would like to have transferred to Paypal. Is there a safe and legit way for me to do this?

There's no way to directly transfer funds from Moneybookers to Paypal and vice versa.
I think the best way to do that is just exchange funds with your friend. You send fund to your friend's Moneybooker, and your friend send fund to your Paypal.
That is the most safe way, I think.
Another way: how about transfer your money in Moneybookers to your bank, and then transfer that fund to your Paypal?
And also there're some e-currency exchanger on the net, but there's some fees included. And also I can't say for sure about their legitimacy..

Hello. Thanks for your response. I went ahead and traded with a friend that I trusted. The reason why I didn't use my bank account is because Paypal overdrew my bank account last month which put it in the negative. Anyway thanks again for your detailed response and help.
