I just saw this movie the other day; it was the first movie I have seen in a long time. I expected Harrison Ford to be good in it and was pretty sure that Olivia Wilde(form her being on House) would be good. I wasn't too sure about Daniel Craig since I didn't much care for him as James Bond. However, Craig also did a good job. Now I don't want to give anything away and spoil the movie for others; so I will just say it is a good movie and worth seeing in my opinion.

Sorry to say that although Ancient Aliens has some respectable and factual information on the show and very good proof, the movie has nothing whatsoever based on real facts itself.
The movie is based on a Comic book that was released in 2006 by Platinum Studios I think. The creator was Scott Rosenberg. Now while he may have had knowledge of the information in Ancient Aliens, which I honestly doubt at that time frame, It was written from his imagination as an interesting amalgamation of two distinct genres.

I didn't know that, as far as the knowledge about Ancient Aliens is concerned, this topic is in discussion from centuries. As much as the technology is improving, more and more people are being convinced with this fact. The most revolutionary book on this topic was "Chariots of Gods" and it was published in 1970s so now you know the inspiration of that comic book which was released in year 2006.

i have seen Cowboys and ALiens.. just a regular movie.. with some not so fresh movie ideas..but its alrite i think ..give it a 6/10.. kinda intersting to see cowboys dealing with them aliens..
