Do you know how much food the human body really needs?
VERY LITTLE OF COURSE if it "really" about energy and nutrient needs, go!
BUT when it comes to pleasure-drug by mouth, then serves the food, the only pleasure-seeking, and so you can eat all day. "Here," it is not that our body needs nutrients and energy, "but rather" our selfish spirit that even after, for the body, "unnecessary" pollutants such as alcohol, drugs and cigarettes can be addictive.

So it is still primarily on the people. I'm 1,67 m and weigh 50 kg
I certainly do not need as much food as my friend of 1.98 m and weighs only 95 kg,
So so flat you can not say. Then there is also still out on what makes all day. \
And then there is also a difference between what the body needs and what the soul. I am sure that the body is able to operate without gummy bears and chocolate. But it's also really fun candy without eating?

HIV, the human body needs a day at about 1600K/kal the woman and the man about 1800K/kal to function without showing deficiency symptoms and without taking a number of cold because they are always consumed in the average and needs.
I personally think the best way to achieve something is if a person has for one would do anything because it is so important that one is worth it to me to torture me to put my back and looking to fight at the end of love with affection and much better to be emotionally rewarding life.
But unfortunately, it all sounds nice on but if it were that simple it would hardly give the people looking to have weight problems.
