Hi Friends,
Often while responding to any discussion, I feel that there are very less emoticons available here on myLot.
I can hardly use 4-5 emoticons in the list of all the available emoticons. Presently mylot has total 233,361 members.
Do you think myLot admin should add more emoticons to this website so that the comments can be more beautiful and easy to write?
Which emoticon do you want to be added to this website??
For me, I want the hand shake emoticon to show that I agree with someone.

Hi Jai,
I must say, very creative, thinking of something and getting it done using normal characters is not an easy thing to do. 
Still I would say, it's not easy for most of us to express ourselves using these limited number of emoticons and let's hope that admin will take an initiative on emoticons and we will have more options.

that is a nice thing ,some emot icons are not there as if we compare with yahoo messenger ,its nice thing hope admin will get some smileys added soon.

Yes, umabharti.
If I compare mylot with other such websites, I certainly feel that mylot lacks in the number of emoticons here and the emoticons which are available here. Let's hope that the admin will certainly update these emoticons and we will have better options available as emoticons.

yes many of our friends hav used thekeyboard keys to getthe smileys ,

Hi -
First off, the is used to mean you agree with someone or you think an idea is a good one. The thumb down emoticon means you think it's a bad idea or you disagree. A handshake means "pleased to meet you" or "How do you do".
I think there are quite enough emoticons and 3 is plenty. Some people actually only use emoticons when they reply which is bad form.

But I am quite happy with the ones there are now. Sometimes it can be confusing as to which one to use as I could be meaning differently with each emoticon.

I have no idea why they limited them to three and why certain ones are not available. I am with you that there are times I would like to use a handshake one also and or a heart type one as well. In the meantime when I run out of emoticons I use thing in between asterisks to further add like *giggles*

It would be nice to have more emoticons to use. I hope that Admins will make an update soon that will improve users interests like adding more emoticons. I will be glad to those cute emoticons. Happy myLotting everyone.

can have so many emoticons posted while sending a private message a fellow mylotter or the admin. but as for putting it in the discussion, reponses and comments, my suspecion is that the reason why we can only put three emoticons was because we can actually earn from it and adds to the earning. you can asked the admin if you wanted to though. but that's my suspecion a why i got earned this and that. have a nice day.

Since i hardly use the emoticons i'm fine with just three. However, it wouldn't be so bad to have two more. That would be very nice if admin would heed this request.
