Okay buddy, I'm not a lawyer but I'm Gonna ive it a try... 1. Party A(lisencor) grants party B(Distributor) 2.the right to use exclusive lisence and to 3.retain any proceeds from said lisence. I don't know what the product is, and I don't know if I'm correct, but like I said---I'm not a lawyer
