When you start a discussion, do you usually pick a best Answer?

sometimes, when I start a discussion, and a lot of people answer I usually pick the best answer, I also think we could pick the worst answers to. I really only pick the best answers if they're the longest, if they're not rude, and if they are what I'm looking for. Do you usually pick the best Answer?

Although I do take time to select the best response, at some point I do. Simply because my discussions run for a while. I usually select on the ones that seems to be the most helpful, useful and or well though out. It really depends on the topic I had started. Thankfully I do not start very many discussions so I don't have many to select from. lol

I rarely choose a best response in my topics. Sometimes my topics would for days and I still haven't chosen my best pick. When a response really talks to me and hit a good note, I gice that lotter the best response...once in a blue moon :)

Hi bluegemini10, it's certain that I would pick a best response after every discussion I have started, no matter how many responders have participated in it. Anyway this usually would be done after weeks or months. I could say best responses are available in all my discussions except the latest one which I had started months ago. Due to lack of time to take care of my discussion I haven't written any new topic for quite a long time Happy posting

I haven't started many discussions in all the time that I have been here. On many of them I have chosen the best response but on some of them it is impossible because there is more than one response that is worthy of it. MyLot tell us to wait at least a week before awarding it so that everyone gets a chance to respond. Not every Lotter is here every day, indeed some are only here at weekends and that would give them a chance to participate and be in the running for best response too. On a side note: are you aware that until you comment back to those who respond, yours is only a question with some answers and not a discussion? Over time, if you do not comment, you will find that fewer and fewer users will respond on your topics because most of us look out for the chance to discuss - and we can't do that if you don't give us the chance to

Hello bluegemini, that depends on the discussion, some one topics, i just let it flow until i fiind the best responses. and some topics i just let them respond as they like with out choosing the best response. sometimes choosing the best reponse keeps the people from responding further into the discussion. i pick an answer but not immediatey, usually takes days

I have lots of responses pending to selecting best response. I not remember because time is less. I cant read all answers everytime.

bluegemini I always wait one to two weeks to allow all my friends to read and comment when they have time as so many are working. but yes I do pick a best answer but not the day i make it as thats way too soon. wait at least a week is what mylot admins suggests. Its fairer to everyone that way . then I will pick a best response and as I do not make a ton of discussions I do not have a ton of best responses to make.
