If you are a priest or a worker for God, will you go straight to heaven?

We are expected to believe that a priest or a minister or a worker for God is due for holiness and is always on the right side. Because that is a devotion that they have chosen, and there will have to live up to the expectations of the church. They help out in making sure that the good news is spread to all the people, and that the rules of the bible are implemented. Does this mean that they go straight to heaven or to that great golden place after death? We all know that nothing and no one is perfect. So, your thoughts?
