although I did my best. often there are technical defects or someone else was negligent, not all under my influence. I still have the guilt feelings. that's how strange ashamed. . strange feeling guilty with logic you can not do anything. In theory I know that it's not my fault.

Hello, You wil probably the whole responsibility for the actions of the team is charging you and you think to have instructed all right. In such moments, in which one has invested so much of their own thoughts and beliefs, then seek to blame a failure to himself, according to the motto, I would ... I would be ... u.s.w. Maybe you should remember that the day on which things are failed, not repeat, but he must have been there so that everyone could learn from it.

It is normal to feel guilt when you know that you have failed something because you have not done what you could have, but if you have given it your best shot and the outcome is still the same then I believe that there is no need to feel guilty about it. Disappointments can come as natural feeling towards failure but guilt should not be a part of it as long as you have done the right thing. Here is something for laughs, try putting the blame on Akon, as his song so suggests.

i think that is normal.. we all go through such times in our lives.. also we have no control of things that happens that is way beyond our capacity (especially if it is dependent on someone else). things just happen and its okay to feel guilty and to feel frustrated... just get back up and still do whatever you can still.. without being disheartened.

The problem with you my friend as my views, because your admitting fault always which actually not your fault. If you said did your best - means from the start before if happened the mistakes or failure, you know that impossible to happen but you do it, or you know it is mistake but you continue. Or from the start you don't believe from yourself that you can do it.. confidence is required.

hello, If you think that is your fault then you should not blame yourself. I know how you feel because it also happened to me. Dont worry after at least you learned from your mistakes. right? So, cheer up! there is still a chance.
