I am feeling good ! I am feeling great !

Every morning when you get up say ten times "I am feeling good ! I am feeling great !" Try this for 2 weeks regularly. You will see a noticeable difference in yourself !

Wow, that's a great way to feel fully energized and feeling positive as well. We need to boost our self confidence to fully accept and solve the trouble that comes in our way. That's why, it is always important to think positively for a healthy mind and body. Thinking negative will always bring harm and sadness to us. We must always try our best to think positive.

You are right Amitabh . If we think positive all the time it boosts our spirit and we are bound to feel good . If we can inspire our inner self our outer self would also feel happy and lively . So thanks for your advice . I always pray early in the morning to God to make me feel happy and the thought itself rejuvinates my soul . Thanks to God . If we feel good and happy we can also make others happy and inspired . Have a great time ahead ! :-)

I think I might just try what you said. I'll try to remember to say those words every morning for two weeks to see if I feel a difference. I'm very chronically depressed so at this point I'm willing to try anything. Thank you.

I will try this again. I kept on making affirmations every morning but it is not constant. I believe that this will help you start your day right. Looking at the mirror and saying good things about yourself and life can make you feel better. I also believe in the Law of Attraction so I would really love to try this one this week. Cheers!

i feeling good, i feeling great, on my waking in the morning is the lightness of my feeling, because i saw the best of my life, the best of my life is to do good, collaborate with others, and worshipers with their Families. I feeling better i do my work, and dealing with others.

Yes, that is a positive way to keep happy and healthy. That would keep one's mind and thinking fresh and refreshed, the key to mental as well as physical health. An excellent way to start the day, and making progress throughout the course of the day.

I think I have read this principle in a book somewhere too. It is like a reinforcement of positive thoughts. Once you say it out loud it reinforces the idea which makes it happen. I do subscribe to this as I am a believer of optimism and positive thinking. This is a nice way to build up and achieve your goals. I think something like this is also mentioned in a book by Napoleon Hill "Think and Grow Rich". But with that book, he suggests to say out loud your goals and what you want to accomplish to be able to condition your mind to accomplish them. If I am not mistaken, he calls this one as autosuggestion. I'm not really sure about that though.
