we are just unable to pay through paypal in India. ?

I was able to see this statement in my posting site . Why this issue is being arising in INDIA? the site expertscolumn has stated this. Why this hell is happening again and again. Moreover they wanted me to change the id to moneybookers.Is it fine to change what should i do to change ? does it take long time. what is the easy method to change. any suggestions?

You may have to use other payment processor in India, Paypal is having too many issues for the Indian users, it is not worth wasting your time going through with all these nonsense from Paypal. I am sure you can find other payment processor that are reasonable and user friendly there. I will ditch it if i find paypal is too difficult to use.
