Daily healthy Meals

I prefer taking healthy home made meals daily.And that is of course a balance diet.For lunch I used to take one hand made whole wheat tortilo/chapati with some vegetable and little tomato and onion salad.For lunch I take rice & fish/or meat,and some vegetable curry.What meals do you take on daily basis?

It is good to have healthy food regularly. People could have different health complaints too, and need to avoid taking foods that are not suited to them. Pesonally, I make sure that I don't get to eat foods I am allergic to. For instance, I need to avoid taking foods that can aggravate my blood pressure.

oh,it is very good.It seems that you are conscious about your health.But sometimes I become so greedy that I eat everything.What about you?

Oh goodness! I can remember all that you mentioned while I was still in Oman and Dubai a long time ago. I am really planning to make good curry. I will soon. Totilo/chapati- I have already asked mother to teach me make some too. You are making me feel hungry. I wish I could have all of it for lunch now. It would be really yummy.

O really,my brother-in-law is working in Oman as an Electrical engineer.My cousin sister and her family stays at Dubai.MY sister is very foodie.She eats a lot.But she also works a lot to burn the extra calories.What do you take for lunch and dinner?

I think I have one of the best most healthy breakfasts. I have been having the same thing for years. I start with coffee and then have cottage cheese with pineapple chunks in pure juice. I usually add banana and any other fruit that is in season. I like berries, apples, oranges, nectarines, cantaloupe, watermelon, mangos, etc..actually any fruit. Since I use 3 or more fruits every day and vary the type of fruit, I never get tired of this breakfast. Plus it's fast to put together and so nutritious and delicious.

I think I have to watch what I'm eating, I don't have a healthy menu. I just eat what's served on the table. I usually just have bread and coffee in the morning, pork or fish for lunch and it might depend if is chicken, pork or beef for dinner. Either way, all of the foods I'm eating now is all oily.

Well,I am almost crazy about meat & fish.But I do not take much of it.But be aware of eating too much of oily food.It is not good or health.What preparatin do you like in fish and chicken?
