I received a thank you gift from google.com

To my surprise I received a thank you gift from google.com. It is Google Adword Free Advertising Voucher worth 2000 INR. Well I have google adsense account and now google wants me to create google adwords account and use 2000 INR to advertise my products on google. That is only way I can use the gift. I can use it to advertise my website to get more traffic to my website. Well I don't know the idea behind this gift. I am willing to use it as I can advertise my website but I don't have any standard website. So I am planning to create on and I wanted to put products from Click bank, ebay and amazon. Is it a good idea? Or you would like to suggest anything better?
